Peer Support

"Peer Support". It is a guide to how people with a disability and carers can share what they know about self-directing their supports. It acknowledges the value of the collective wisdom that people with a disability and their supporters hold and the benefits of people sharing that wisdom and personal experience with each other.
The guide was developed in collaboration with a team of people with a disability and carers, plus professionals with experience in peer support. The guide reflects the experiences and opinions of this diverse group of people.
